Apparently, pictures are worth 1000 words. So here's 4000 words to start with:

Now you may be thinking "The Great Escape was made in 1963, whilst the Gummi Bears ran from 1985-1990. While this copyright infringement is blatantly clear, how can it be possible?"

To put it simply, it has to do with Bell's Theorem and non-local time-correlations:

This idea came to me only a few days ago. But until that day I believe no-one had put Gummi Bears and The Great Escape together in one context. At that specific moment, the non-local correlation occurred. For ease of use, let us assume that I am now in 1985, when Gummi Bears is airing. Therefore we can set time equal to 0 (t=0) and the non-local correlations rate of change is 0 in either space-like or time-like separations.

For the two shows to fit this requirement, The Great Escape (now being 22 years old) must have had its script written, thus the plagiarised objects written in 22 years ago. This seems absurd, even for the simplistic world of Quantum Theory. (This implies The Great Escapes writer 'knew' I would pick up on his blunder so needed to write it in for it to take its journey through time.)

So, then, alternatively, the infringement isn't written in 22 years ago 'until' in a sense the result of my thought patterns travels back non-locally in time 'back' to the writer who then 'adjusts' the script to correlate with the other show from my initial hypothesis.

Now for all of you stuck in the rut of Aristotelian logic, I fret that you may not comprehend one word I have said. For that I am sorry. But only in the sense that we all should have woken up sooner to the travesty you now see before you. But thanks to my great mind, the Gummi Bears can now go back to their bouncing and juicing and whatever else they did in peace.

(Bonus points for the 1st one to pick up where i've plagiarised (with some creative license) a few of those paragraphs from).
